PETERBOROUGH owner Ged Rathbone insists all sights are firmly set on the future.

The 'T Balfe Construction' Panthers have confirmed they will race at SGB Championship level again in 2018 when attempting to follow up their KO Cup and Fours double of this year.

Rathbone and team boss Carl Johnson will update supporters on their plans for next season when staging a fans' forum at the East of England Arena on Monday.

The event gets underway at 7pm with free admission and Rathbone is hopeful of a big turnout.

He said: "Myself and Carl have called the forum to put everyone in the picture with regard to 2018.

"We're already working hard to put together the best possible team that our resources allow.

"As usual we'll be as open and honest as possible and no questions will be off limits, but I must stress that our focus is very much on the future rather than going over the old ground of 2017.

"We're still here and we're very much looking forward to next season!"

Peterborough will continue to stage the majority of their home meetings on Sundays with occasional Friday slots in an SGB Championship increased in size to 11 teams by the inclusion of Lakeside.

Club bosses hope to have details of their season ticket packages available at the Monday forum.
